Wednesday / Saturday
Wednesday pre-season indoor ultimate. Games at Truman Middle school near N. 46th and Pearl. Park in the back near the gym. Start time 6pm, wear tennis shoes. Free. Sign up for the league at http://www.discnw.org/
Saturday: Not certain if pickup is going to happen like normal this week. There is an alumni vs. current UPS game from 4pm to 6pm at UPS at the Lower Baker turf field (next to the stadium). Come heckle if you can!

Fall Ultimate
Monday/Thursday night Fall League is happening. Teams have been drafted, and play starts Monday.
Register now for Tacoma Indoor ultimate on Wednesday evenings at Truman Middle School. http://www.discnw.org/. There are not many spots left for guys before the wait list begins.
Saturday Pickup 2:30pm at Jefferson Elementary. I'll post if I know of something that might greatly impact numbers. For the foreseeable future, this is the only pickup available in Tacoma until Spring.

Last weekday pick-up of 2010!
Summer is over.
Ultimate is not.
Jefferson at 6pm. We'll get about an hour in before it is too dark to play. We expect a great turnout since we have the draft for Fall League later that evening.
Looking ahead in my crystal ball of discyness, the Fall/Winter will look something like this:

Post-Thanksgiving pickup in Tacoma (Friday likely)
Turkey-bowl Hat tournament in Seattle (Saturday) http://www.discnw.org/
Dangle Wrangle men's hat tournament in Seattle (1st December Saturday usually) http://www.discnw.org/
Chick Flick (1st December Sunday usually) http://www.discnw.org/

End of an era - Tuesday 6pm! Thursday will be huge!
This is it.
No more weekday pickup until Spring after this week. We had great numbers for Goaltimate yesterday.
Tuesday pickup: 6pm at Jefferson Elementary.
Thursday: same (but we are drafting for fall hat league that evening, so guaranteed great turnout).
Do it for Jeni, who gets pissy if she doesn't get to play. We don't want that do we?

Indoor signups opened / last chance for outdoor league / goaltimate

Last chance for Goaltimate tonight! 6pm PDC. Jeni is going to be pissed if you don't show up, because she wants to play something fierce.
Last chance to signup for outdoor Tacoma League as well. Teams are formed later this week.
So, in summary, you can play some disc:
