Saturday: pickup is on...and sign up for hat league!

I think we are transitioning to weekend only pickup due to darkness mid-week. 

Let's get Saturdays rolling!

Open/Women's sectionals happen his weekend in Burlington, but we shouldn't be missing too many players for that. 

Don't forget to sign up for Tacoma Hat League.  Draft is soon.

Still working with DiscNW to get them to open up indoor registration.

Last 1-2 weeks of pickup, starting with Goaltimate

Monday Goaltimate at the PDC:  6pm
Tuesday/Thursday Pickup at Jefferson:  6pm

Not too many weeks of pickup left due to the sun going down earlier and Fall Hat League starting up.

Seattle Friday Night pickup

I've never done it (because my bedtime on Fridays seems to be 8pm...getting too old for this kid-stuff), but I've often thought of heading up for this:

From now until October 8th, there is Friday night pickup in Seattle under the lights of Bobby Morris park.  8:30pm to 10:30pm.  http://www.discnw.org/forums/viewtopic.php?id=2775

Maybe we can get a carpool of interested folks and head up there.  Let me know if you are interested.

PDC Experiment: FAILED --back to Jefferson Thursday ~6pm

The PDC field is under rehab, and we were nicely displaced by school officials.  Goaltimate:  okay.  Ultimate:  not okay.  Field is closed until spring.

So, back to Jefferson Thursday.  Show up ~6pm to warm up and throw, and be ready to play as soon as soccer clears out.

Reminder:  No pickup Saturday.  Instead sign up for Field Day in Renton at http://www.discnw.org/.

Labor Day Ultimate: 11am @ Jefferson

Little soccer beasts have taken over Jefferson, so we are changing our fields to the PDC for Tuesday/Thursday.  Start time:  6pm

Saturday 9/4:  2:30pm @ Jefferson
Monday:  11am at Mason Middle School (N. 26th and Proctor) turf, with Jefferson as a backup
No Monday Goaltimate
Tuesday/Thursday:  6pm @ PDC fields
Saturday 9/11:  All day:  Field day hat tourney at Kent/Starfire.  Check http://www.discnw.org/ to register
Saturday 9/11:  4:30pm @ UPS  Enemy vs. Jerry's Kids All Stars scrimmage

After that, looking to have 6pm Monday Goaltimate, 6pm Tues/Thurs Ultimate all at the PDC.  Saturday the 18th will likely have no ultimate due to sectionals.
